# Automapping

Automatically map tables or fields that share the same name

In contrast to many automation tools, ConnectMate streamlines field mapping with its auto-mapping feature. By using identical field names across the apps you're syncing, ConnectMate automatically maps them for you. For instance, if you have a "Name" field in Airtable and a corresponding "Name" field in Webflow, ConnectMate intelligently syncs them together, making field mapping a breeze. Say goodbye to manual hassles and let ConnectMate handle it effortlessly.

This feature is completely optional. You can undo auto-mapped fields or map fields manually that don't have the same name.
